The welcome dinner evening is a special occasion and our first event together! We have chosen our favorite dishes for you to enjoy. Please be prepared for amazing food! From cocktails, aperitif, to a four course meal and amazing dessert it will be an great introduction to the weekend.

All ingredients used in the dishes come from the local region and when possible are produced directly on Capanna Suite's own farm. The preparation and presentation of our dishes is carefully executed, with special attention paid to the smallest details and the combinations of flavors, so that each dish is certain to leave an impression in your mind of this splendid Tuscan gourmet retreat.
