Florence is known for its designer shops and of course their leather goods. The Scuola del Cuoio (Leather School) is a great place to learn about and buy leather. In the local shops you will also findfresh produce, artisanal crafts, and antiques.

Italy is known for their pasta and amazing culinary experiences. In the bigger cities, always try to make reservations. We found that the best meals were recommended by locals or small restaurants we stumbled upon without much planning. Good luck keeping weight off!
